Initial consultation
We start with a comprehensive consultation where we unpack your health history, current symptoms, review each body system, diet, lifestyle, and goals.
This is where the more detail you can give is the better so I can connect the dots looking at hormones, gut health, energy, stress, and the bigger picture of what’s driving your symptoms.
Report of Findings
Following your consultation, a report of findings appointment is booked where you’ll receive a personalised plan outlining key findings and recommendations.
This may include targeted nutrition, herbal medicine, and practical lifestyle strategies that are designed to support your body in a way that feels realistic, achievable and gently helps your body restore balance.
Functional Testing (if needed)
Where appropriate, functional testing can be used to gain deeper insight into what’s happening beneath the surface.
